Leaning into Authenticity: An Experiential Opportunity to Recognise Yourself. We are taking you through a series of four workshops with the day progressing from dropping what is not serving you, reconnecting/healing within your energy fields (body work) to stepping into your authentic present/future self (Gene Keys). Rounding off the day is a sound bath with Brenda Mailer. Guest speakers: Alison Dove, Brenda Mailer, Carol Grimmitt. Join us in the evening for a connecting to your intuitive self through messages from spirit with Karen Mombourquetter and Carol Grimmitt. When we embody our archetype and understand our version of self - our healing and day to day becomes clearer and free.
